Captain(E) Thomas Leslie (Les) Morton Crossed the Bar, Sitrep 2,

It is with much sadness that I announce the death on Sunday 17th January 2010 at Rake Lane Hospital North Shields of Captain(E) Les Morton, aged 84, following a long battle with cancer. I offer sincere condolences on behalf of the RFA Association to his widow Elizabeth and his family, David,Susan, Colin and Phillip.

Les's funeral will be held at 13:30 on Wednesday 27th January at Tynemouth Crematorium  and afterwards at the Spreadeagle in North Shields. Friends, Colleagues and former shipmates will be welcome.
